Welcome to TAV! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TAV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

TAV allows families and trusted caregivers to manage villages, share events and media, coordinate help requests, and communicate through group chat. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise violates applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt the app or access content without authorization.
• Share another person's private information without their consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in TAV, including village posts, events, photos, videos, and messages. By using the app, you grant TAV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content within the app.

TAV does not claim ownership of your content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Children's Profiles

TAV allows adult users to create and manage profiles for children in their care. By adding a child's profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child or have appropriate authorization to share their information within your village.

6. Content Guidelines

• Do not post content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• TAV reserves the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these Terms or community standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

TAV is provided "as is." We are not responsible for content posted by users or any loss or damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of TAV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
